We do get good at the things we do consistently. Our journey allows for it. In fact, just the sheer nature of a journey, one that is day to day, is the foundation for a set of daily practices that are on one level transformative and the other level building blocks for our life. The key is to figure out what daily practices we want to commit to. What are they and how we will make sure that we stick to them and live for them. It is in the choices that we make that helps us ensure that we stick to our daily practice as we will be more inclined to keep them. So, let's figure out what it is that we want to do every day and then commit to it and then stay the course; we will be better for it, for sure….
