The THPL journey can wind us up, get us doing more than we normally do, push us harder than expected. And when we do this we use up a lot of energy and then we need to restore ourselves, get us ready for the next day and our next set of challenges. And while nutrition is one of the important elements of recovery, sleep might just be the best way that we can rejuvenate, recover and get ready for whatever life throws at us. Making sleep a priority is really a critical element when we are building the foundation for our THPL journey. So, let’s make sure that we get a good night’s sleep, every day, and keep it going and going for as long as we are on our THPL journey.
