What we do while we are on our THPL journey matters, a lot. But what we eat might be even more important than what we do on our journey. It really does matter what we put into our body. We have so many food choices and with our ever-increasing time starved lives we might just be tempted to choose the easy path, the choice of foods that might not be great for us but could taste good and be considered snacks and easy. What we need to do is to make a concerted effort to focus on whole foods. That is vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, beans and more. They support us with great nutrition, a great balance of vitamins and other healing properties and then just taste great. Say good-bye to eating poorly – we are going to love making the change!
