What we eat

The saying goes….we are what we eat. And with what we do on our THPL journey we push our bodies and minds and they need fuel.  And how we fuel ourselves is really important to how we perform.  It is quite simple – good food – good fuel – good performance.  So, each time we decide to eat let’s make sure that we think about the implications of what we are eating.  When we pick real food, fresh food, great ingredients, less packages and then it all sort of falls into place.  We will be better for it that is for sure and it is fun after all because it tastes great and is good for us.
