We all know that the THPL journey can have its moments, it comes with the territory. And yet, we feel that there are times when things should go better than they sometimes do. We are, after all, quite practiced at what we do. We put a lot of effort and a lot of time into the process, the activities, the practice and the execution and so it feels that we should make progress all the time. And then there is the reality check, sometimes progress just does not come and maybe it does not matter what we think, maybe all of what we hope is irrelevant, maybe what we have to do is to go back at it and do it again and again and again until we get the results that we want. Maybe the mantra: “If at first we do not succeed, try and try again” is truer than we realize. Embracing this mantra seems to be a key element to our overall THPL success. There is nothing in our way and we have to get used to the fact that it is the process that we need to love and embrace and when we do – even if there is a lot of failure along the way it is the way to get done what we set out to do.
