On February 26, 1919, US President Woodrow Wilson signed the Grand Canyon National Park Act, preserving more than 1.2 million acres of the most spectacular, pristine, scenic land, in the world “as a public park for the benefit and enjoyment of the people”. 100 years ago, we are fortunate to have people like Woodrow Wilson who had the vision to protect a truly unique natural wonder. Approximately, 6 million people a year come to witness and experience the magical dramatic landscape that has been in the heart’s minds of just about everyone. It is through these actions that we can set out to discover and enjoy the beauty that is the Grand Canyon. It is on your bucket list???
Loving life when I get to see the beauty that is around us
