Start of the week

There is something to be said about the way that our weeks play out.  We have the weekend for a break and weekdays to keep us focused on doing well in the more traditional sense of how a week forms itself.  And yet, when we have a few minutes and think about it we realize that as each week starts, we have the opportunity to raise our game up.  It is in the planning of the week that we can do this.  We can set aside time to do something special, to push our training to the next level, to try something new and different.  So, instead of the traditional and or regular week, let’s start the week by setting ourselves up to be creative and different.  We will for sure embrace the week at the next level.
