A journey is defined by movement, going from place to place, from opportunity to opportunity, from person to person and so much more.  The more we move the more we feel, the more we move the more we experience, the more we learn.  Movement has been core to who we are from the beginning and exposes at some level the explorer in all of us.  We can initiate movement, we can seek it out, we can follow it but most of all we have to act it out.  Yes, we need to move, every day, as much as we can.  Movement is good for the soul, for the heart and for our bodies.  Let’s make it part of our daily ritual.  It will be the reason that our journey does indeed become rewarding and satisfying….indeed it will
