Movement

It seems obvious that movement is essential to our journey.  A most simple of concepts….a fundamental aspect of life.  Movement is more than just exercise and yet it does not require explicit effort.  Movement affects everything about us and to keep a healthy body we need to move.  It is up to us to make sure that it happens, that we do not adopt a sedentary life, that we trigger movement at a regular interval and we feel good about it.  We know that the more we move the better we feel. So, let’s keep moving and then some it will be a good part of why our journey will be rewarding, fun, satisfying and fulfilling.  Indeed, it will….
