A walk is good

We know that much of our journey is full of challenge, adventure, movement, and activity.  Big movement feels good, it is rewarding and yes, it is what we live for.  But as we all know big adventure does not happen every day, for most of our week we do live a more “regular” life and it can get to a point where we are moving less and compromising more. There is a simple way around this.  We just need to challenge ourselves to take a walk whenever we can.  It is more than setting a step goal, it is about thinking about moving, about walking, about being on the go.  It’s about moving ourselves from one place to another and staying mobile.  All in all, it is up to us how much we move, more is better and so let’s make sure to move more.   We will be better for it
