No burden

It seems that if we push ourselves while on our journey we run the risk of finding moments when we are not satisfied with our learning, our performance, our results.  It is the nature of the journey, when we stretch or explore and we are not sure of what we will find.  Might be a bit of disappointment in the beginning or surprises not expected but all of this is just what we should get used to.  And when we realize that it is the journey where we find our satisfaction then there is no burden that we carry that connects to outcomes or expectations.  It is liberating for sure – we can push hard, have high expectations but no burden – our journey is our journey and feeling good about it is exactly what life should be about.

Loving life when I carry no burden
