Ten times

What if instead of doing something once, we did it ten times.  What might happen?  Could we push ourselves to take on the challenge? The power of ten times isn’t about simply increasing effort; it’s about stretching our boundaries and thinking beyond the limitations we might have set for ourselves. Does it feel scary to consider it?  Are we curious to give it a try?  Ten times is about amplifying our commitment, stepping up to challenges feeling alive and excited to embrace discomfort.  Aiming for ten is the difference between going through the motions and fully engaging in the process. When we decide to give ten times more, we don’t just improve—we break through barriers, redefine what’s possible, and discover new levels of power, resilience, and potential. The question isn’t whether we can do it; it’s whether we are willing to push ourselves to the next level.
